In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2011 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of handing over Rs. 10,000/- for investment but the same was not invested.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to deposit Rs. 10,000/- in the court.

Looking to the statement at the bar, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- within four weeks from today in the court below.

No.21103 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2 / 2 In the meantime, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 261 of 2011. If the petitioner would fail to deposit the aforesaid amount, it will be deemed that the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled.
