2. The present application has been preferred for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.23673 of 2018(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 following relief(s):
To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs direction or directions commanding upon the respondents to restrain the respondents in making payment of the compensation amount of the land in question to the respondent no.6 to 12 and direct them to pay the same to the petitioner who is the real owner of the land in question Without any notice to the petitioner the compensation has been fixed in the name of respondent nos. 6 to 12 with interest of the grant rate.
To pass any such other order or orders has this Hon'ble court thinks fit and proper.
3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and as such, liberty be granted to the heirs to agitate the matter if he/she/they so want.
4. State has no objection.
