This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Itarhi PS Case No. 247 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehended on 16.09.2018 with a motor cycle as he could not produce the document of the motor cycle. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since then, i.e.,16.09.2018. Considering that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the period of incarceration undergone by him, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above
