In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Hathouri P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 512 of 2015 registered for offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner, on account of land dispute, he killed his brother. As it appears, the charge has been framed by the court below, this Court at this stage is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Direction is given to the court below to complete the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
