The petitioner, being a husband, is in custody since 21.02.2019 in connection with G.R. No. 47 of 2019 arising out of Cheriyabariyarpur Case No. 27 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and charge sheet has been submitted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased had committed suicide and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. However, in view of the fact that the death had occurred within seven years of marriage in connection with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2675 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 demand of dowry, I am not inclined to granted regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
