1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner, being aggrieved by her termination from the post of Panchayat Teacher by the impugned order, dated 05.12.2022, has filed the present writ application.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Jamui, against the impugned order.

4. Learned Counsel for the State has got no objection.

5. This application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.

6. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
