Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One live cartridge and some artificial ornaments etc. were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the co-accused, from whose possession, fire-arm is said to have been recovered, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
