The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 215/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Ajay Kumar was arrested with a stolen motorcycle. On his pointing, two other motorcycles were recovered from the houses of Vikram Kumar and Vinod Kumar.

The petitioner also has been named by aforesaid Ajay Kumar as one of their associates.

There has not been any recovery of stolen vehicle either from his personal or constructive possession. The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 215/2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
