2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 504, 506, 494, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.
3. The learned counsels for both the parties have jointly submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Patna High Court Mediation Centre and the Memorandum of Agreement has been signed on 10.02.2026.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12729 of 2025(4) dt.17-02-2026 2/2 of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
