JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.
Informant, Naresh Ray had alleged that on 29.11.2015 at about 6:00 A.M., these petitioners armed variously came, out of whom, Mukesh Ray assaulted him with Bhalua, Dudh Nath and Ramesh assaulted him along with his family members with lathi and tangi, on account thereof, he along with his son became unconscious. From Annexure-2, it is apparent that all the injuries sustained by the injured have been caused by hard and blunt substance, simple in nature, though one of the injured namely, Naresh Rai, as per order impugned, had sustained injury over temporal region having 1 1⁄2"x 1/4"x1/6", having no repetition of blow.

No.12334 of 2016 (3) dt.28-03-2016 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Dudh Nath Ray, Mukesh Ray and Ramesh Ray, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dehri, DisttRohtas in connection with Akorhigola PS Case No. 125/2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
