This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Penal Code and 66(C)(D) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The first information report is against unknown persons and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner finds place on the confessional statement. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
