The co-accused Golu @ Prince Kumar and Rajkant @ Rajkant Kumar have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court on 30.11.2018 and 05.12.2018 in Cr.Misc. No. 68481 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 68829 of 2018 respectively. In view of the same, the applicant, named above, is also entitled for bail in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.347 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018.
