Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A, 372 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the victim has specifically stated against the petitioners that the petitioners and others kidnapped and committed rape on her and furthermore, keeping in mind that the victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.153 of 2015 pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Kishanganj stands rejected, at least at this stage. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.H./- U T
