JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.02.2015 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after two months.

As the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months after rejection of his bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 or who is in seisin of the case.
