JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was arrested in course of investigation and made his confessional statement before the police and, after that, some witnesses stated that petitioner had also participated in the alleged crime. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection
