2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to have caused fire-arm injury to the informant. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous in nature.
