The petitioner seeks bail in Dhamdaha P.S.Case No.50 of 2014 (Supplementary Sessions Trial No.565A of 2014) registered under Sections 387, 400, 120B, 34 IPC and Sections 25(1-A), A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant got information that criminal Pramod Yadav is threatening the son of Ramanad Yadav and as such, a raid was conducted and Pramod Yadav was arrested and from his possession, arms and ammunitions were recovered. Pramod Yadav disclosed that Ranjit Mandal and Kailash Yadav have managed to flee away. He further disclosed that they had come at the instance of the petitioner for preparing to commit dacoity. It is submitted that the petitioner was in jail at the time of raid and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as he was in jail since 2.4.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
