The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17548 of 2021, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020, the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4803 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners. The order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17548 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioners in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
