2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 483 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The girl has stated that she was in relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO -cum- Additional Sessions Judge VII, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
