The petitioner seeks bail in Bairia P.S.Case No.85 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 498A, 201, 34 of the IPC. The father of the deceased made allegation that her daughter was killed by her husband and her dead body was disposed of.
Learned counsel the petitioner submitted that an altercation took place between husband and wife and his wife ignite fire on her body and died. The deceased was treated but none came for supporting the case of the prosecution. It appears that the dead body was cremated and there is specific allegation that the petitioner burnt his wife and disposed of her dead body.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
