Petitioner is a juvenile was made accused in a case which was initially registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Penal Code but after death of victim Section 302 of the Penal Code has also been added.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, judgment dated 06.04.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2015 by Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Gopalganj is set aside and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, J.J. Board, Gopalganj in connection with G.R.
