Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his cousin brother with pipe.

So far as deceased is concerned, according to fardbeyan of the informant itself, petitioner has not even touched the body of the deceased.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghatti, Gaya/concerned court in Imamganj P.S. Case no. 31/2014.
