The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Case No. POCSO GR-57 of 2018 arising out of Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 346 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 65947 of 2019 on 27.11.2019. Petitioner is under custody since 20.08.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that earlier prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4783 of 2022(3) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on merit on 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 65947 of 2019. Now, there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
