The petitioner is in custody in connection with NDPS Case No. 28 of 2020 arising out of Akabarpur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 8(b), 20(a) and 20(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Recovery is of 15 plants of Ganja but not from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2021, he is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4111 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1, Nawada in connection with NDPS Case No. 28 of 2020 arising out of Akabarpur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2020. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
