The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and, subsequently, stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of another accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.12.2015 and except the present case as well as Sasaram ( Model) P.S.case No. 1253 of 2015, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
