JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Learned counsel for the appellants has asked for withdrawal of the instant appeal in the background of amendment having in the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2013, whereunder the appellate jurisdiction of the District Judge has been enhanced to 10 lacs covering the lis, whereupon the appellant is permitted to withdraw this Memo of Appeal in order to file before the District Judge, Patna.
In case, the appeal is filed within 15 days, then in that
Patna High Court FA No.157 of 2018(3) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 circumstance question of limitation could not come in the way, otherwise appellant will have to explain.
