2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 379, 354, 395, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant claims full ownership of the dispute land where he runs a school, and it is alleged that on 05.09.2022, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. fraudulently executed a sale-deed of land in question in their favour. Petitioner is alleged to be identifier of the sale-deed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither vendee nor vendor of the land in question. He is simply identifier of the sale-deed. The dispute is purely of civil nature. Moreover, the land in question has already been mutated in favour of accused persons and jamabandi has also been created in their favour. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Masaurhi, District Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 589 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
