2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 474 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others have snatched a motorcycle and Rs. 10,10,000/- from the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail since 07.11.2023.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the materials collected during the investigation, this court is not inclined to grant him bail.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
