In this case, the petitioner is seeking direction for payment of Rs.3,74,290/-, claiming that he has carried out the electric work of Yojana Building within the campus of Collectorate, Supaul, but the payment has not been made. 3.

As per the claim of the petitioner, he was granted the electrical work of the Yojan Building within the campus of Collectorate, Supaul, which he has done, but the payment having been not paid.

Let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Supaul, who will be obliged to examine the claim of the petitioner and after proper verification will release the admitted dues to the petitioner. If the District Magistrate, Supaul is not agreeable with the claim of the petitioner, in such circumstance, he will be obliged to give notice to the petitioner and after hearing him pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. The entire exercise should be completed by the District Magistrate, Supaul, within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
