The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 241/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased.

Considering the fact that he is the junior member of the family and there is general and omnibus allegation against him, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Case No. 241/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
