The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.11.2018 in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.337 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Petitioner was intercepted while fleeing away after leaving a motorcycle and on search 18 litres of Nepalese liquor was recovered from the motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is having a clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
