Petitioners are in custody in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 for the offence under sections 270, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent they are in custody since 4.1.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2602 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusara, in connection with Ballia P.S.
