2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/411/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and similar criminal accident of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
