====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 04-10-2017 Inter alia contending that certain orders passed on 11.01.1985 in C.W.J.C. No. 2615 of 1983 in the matter of permitting joining to the petitioner on the post of Accounts Clerk has not been complied with, this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents and from the same it is seen that the order passed was an interim order.

Keeping in view the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, now after a period of more than 22 years, this Court does not find any reason to take any action for contempt in the matter of complying with an order of joining. In case the applicant has any grievance still subsisting in the matter, he is
