Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 313, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have caused miscarriage to the complainant who subsequently, filed complaint case and also produced injury report, said to be issued by a private doctor. There appears to be previous enmity and litigation between the parties.
