Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 244 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is brother of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
