JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 665 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her and others is of causing the death of the deceased by setting her on fire.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to her and she has been in judicial custody since 28.08.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5005 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 665 of 2015, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
