Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 354/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law whereas

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4658 of 2022(4) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 petitioner No. 2 is the mama of the husband of the opposite party No. 2.

Kamran Sheikh, son of the petitioner No. 1 and husband of opposite party No. 2 is personally present along with the petitioners. The opposite party No. 2 is also present in person.

Both the parties agree that Kamran Sheikh will take the opposite party No. 2 to Gandhi Nagar by the 1st of May, 2022 and will keep her with full honour and dignity. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission of Kamran Sheikh, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 354/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
