2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners and others have participated in a loot. The petitioners are accused in seven more cases out of which there are four cases under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioners with the crime.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
