The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 22.3.2014 at 7.00 P.M. at Village-Ranishakarpura, P.S. Gangour, DistrictKhagaria, the F.I.R.named accused persons came at the house of the informant with arms and impressed her to withdraw the murder case of her husband and on refusal, the accused persons assaulted the informant and caused injury with firearm and also taken ornaments, clothes and cash. It is also mentioned that with intention to kill her, the accused persons committed the offence. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2014 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that other co-accused has been granted bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21292 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 a Bench of this Court, vide Cr.Misc. No.11092 of 2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.175 of 2014.
