Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.1.2016 in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A, 372, 387, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 16 of PASCO Act.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report, but allegation of kidnapping has been levelled against other accused.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14080 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.45 of 2015.
