Petitioner is accused in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 registered under Sections 8, 10, 23 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The accusation is that the Police on search recovered 500 gram Ganja in box and 13 small puria of Ganja from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the seizure list, as detailed on paragraph no.3, that the quantity of Ganja will come under the purview of small quantity. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2015 Having considered the quantity of the ganja and period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23261 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015.
