Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner Hira Sahani is already dead. Hence, his prayer for anticipatory bail is infructuous now. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.178 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/323/341/447/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that petitioners assaulted to the father
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3619 of 2020(4) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 of the informant as a result whereof he died. Considering the nature of allegation, in my view this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
