The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.125 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of husband of the informant along with other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that no specific allegation has been levelled against this petitioner rather the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5734 of 2024(3) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 specific allegation is against other co-accused persons. It is further submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.06.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as it appears from FIR and case diary that this petitioner only entered into the house of the informant with the other co-accused persons, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.125 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Purnia.
