The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and another co-accused are alleged to have snatched mobile from the possession of the informant and one Mahesh Sahani was apprehended and he is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year and three months, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
