2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft of motorcycle. His face has been captured in the CCTV Footage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent. Petitioner is not named in the FIR.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that during investigation petitioner name has came in light of CCTV Footage.

6. Considering the fact that the said motorcycle was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3470 of 2026(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 recovered from the premises of petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
