JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without admitting the prosecution case, petitioner is ready to return the amount in question to the complainant in installment within one and half year from the date of his release. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 299 of 2014, subject to condition that he shall return the entire amount in question to the complainant within one and half year in equal installment and he
