Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.12.2015 on the accusation that one live cartridge was recovered from his conscious possession when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for dacoity. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of factum of recovery of only one live cartridge from his possession, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Patnacity in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No.372 of 2015.
