The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case there is allegation that the petitioner and others have snatched motorcycle, mobile, licence and Rs.2500/-. He submits that the case was registered against unknown. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and except the confessional statement, there is no material to connect the petitioner in the instant case. He submits that although the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2018, he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts and circumstances discussed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1359 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S.
