On account of illegal transfer, so alleged, with respect to the land belonging to Betia Raj by the petitioner in favour of Sheikh Insaf is the basis for filing of written report at the end of informant, Baliram Mahto.

Gone through the order impugned, from which it transpires that all the documents happens to be unregistered one and in the aforesaid background, its legal identity is yet to be ascertained. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.04.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ramdeo Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23190 of 2015 (02) dt.09-07-2015 satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case no.179 of 2015.
